We certainly fo not want this to happen, but if you need to return the goods because of our reason such as bad service or poor quality, please send proofs (communication records, pictures or videos are acceptable) and also please tell us the ratio of defective products, we'll do our best to find a good solution.

You may not use any of the FLAIR SPRAYER Marks without the prior written consent of FLAIR SPRAYER. All other trademarks and service marks on the FLAIR SPRAYER Site are the property of their respective owners. 

Access to FLAIR SPRAYER Site 
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all obtaining, maintaining, and paying for all hardware, software, and services necessary to access and use the FLAIR SPRAYER Site. Compliance with Applicable Laws 
When using the FLAIR SPRAYER Site, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to such use. Additionally, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from China. 

License to Postings 
By posting any content or materials on the FLAIR SPRAYER Site, you agree to automatically grant to FLAIR SPRAYER a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive right and license to use, publish, upload, download, modify, edit, translate, distribute, display, perform, import, export, sell, and otherwise exploit such content and materials (or any component thereof), alone or as a part of other works, in any form, and in any medium now known or hereinafter created. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that FLAIR SPRAYER may sublicense such rights and licenses to any third parties and may grant those third parties the right to further sublicense such rights and licenses. You understand that, in exercising the rights and licenses set forth herein, FLAIR SPRAYER need not compensate you nor attribute such content or materials to you. Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything in the Terms to the contrary, FLAIR SPRAYER reserves the right to refuse to post, or to remove, any content or materials posted on the FLAIR SPRAYER Site at any time, with or without notice. 

Indemnity
If FLAIR SPRAYER is totally not told, or explicitly reminded that you may cause infringement to a third party, but you still required/forced FLAIR SPRAYER to produce goods that may cause infringement consequences, FLAIR SPRAYER will not bear any consequences of compensation once the third party complains or pursues liability, and will actively cooperate with the third party to prove your infringement. If your goods must be recalled due to our serious mistake and no better solution can be found after communication and negotiation, then FLAIR SPRAYER are willing to make compensation according to the terms of the contract.
